There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Dawson was the most professional, courteous, organized, and friendly agent I've ever worked with -- and I've worked with many around the world! He listened to my needs and showed me flats that were really on target with what I had in mind. I felt there was no time wasted with him, unlike other agents who often show you things that are far off the mark of what you are seeking. It is really stressful to look for a new home in a new city.
